McColl Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to Triangle Ice Co., Inc. in its sale to Reddy Ice Group, Inc., the leading manufacturer and distributor of packaged ice in the United States. Reddy Ice Group Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Reddy Ice Holdings, Inc., an entity formed by Trimaran Capital Partners, Bear Stearns Merchant Banking, and management. Eric Andreozzi led McColl Partners’ execution of this transaction and was supported by Brad Winer, Kevin Griffin, and Wes Bieligk.

Triangle Ice will significantly expand Reddy Ice’s geographic footprint in the attractive Southeast market. The acquisition further augments Reddy Ice’s position as the largest manufacturer and distributor of packaged ice in the United States. John P.
