Deal Summary
McColl Partners, LLC served as exclusive financial advisor to Diversified Pharmacy Group, Cox Nuclear Pharmacies, and Coastal Pharmacy Services, Inc., three leading specialty pharmacy companies, in their sale to Parthenon Capital. The merged companies will operate as Triad Isotopes, Inc. ("Triad") and will constitute one of the largest independent nuclear pharmacy companies in the United States. David Vorhoff,
