Deal Summary
McColl Partners, LLC ("McColl Partners") assisted TrustHouse Services Group, Inc. ("TrustHouse" or the "Company") in its merger with A'viands Food and Services Management LLC ("A'viands") and its wholly owned subsidiary Summit Food Services LLC. The transaction, which significantly expands the Company's presence in both the upper Midwest and the Southwest, will make TrustHouse one of the ten largest food service providers in the United States. TrustHouse is a portfolio company of Gryphon Investors, a San Francisco-based, middle-market private equity firm.
