McColl Partners, LLC acted as financial advisor to Response Mail Express, Inc. ("RME" or the "Company"), a portfolio company of DME Holdings, LLC, in its management recapitalization with Huron Capital Partners, LLC ("Huron").  The recapitalization will enable the management team of RME to partner with Huron and execute on the Company's strategic plan.
