McColl Partners, LLC ("McColl Partners") acted as financial advisor to Rent-A-Center, Inc. ("Rent-A-Center") in its acquisition of The Rental Store, Inc. ("TRS"). TRS is a leading provider of consumer lease-purchase financing through third-party retail furniture and electronics retailers, operating approximately 145 kiosk locations.
