McColl Partners, LLC acted as financial advisor to OMEGA Training Group, Inc. ("OMEGA" or the "Company"), a privately held defense training services company, in its sale to Cubic Corporation ("Cubic").  The acquisition of OMEGA will significantly expand Cubic's Mission Support Business Unit by providing access to OMEGA's major defense clients.

OMEGA, headquartered in Columbus, Georgia, provides analysis, training development, Interactive Multimedia Instruction, and integrated logistics support for soldier-oriented programs.  OMEGA serves Department of Defense agencies, the defense industry, and commercial clients, and leverages technology and a broad range of knowledge and experience to identify, analyze, and meet customer requirements.  OMEGA holds two major Base Support Contracts within the continental United States, augmenting staff for mobilization, deployment and demobilization.

Cubic, headquartered in San Diego, California, is an innovative supplier of products, systems, and services in the defense and transportation industries with a special focus on defense electronics and transportation fare collection systems.  Within its defense division, Cubic operates a Mission Support Business Unit that provides mission support and logistics services for the U.S. military.  The Mission Support Business Unit provides live and computer-based simulation services to enhance the tactical training regimen for military personnel in the Armed Services.
