Transaction Summary

McColl Partners, LLC acted as financial advisor to Gator Leasing, Inc. (“Gator” or the “Company”) in the sale of substantially all of its assets to Ryder Truck Rental, Inc. (“Ryder”). Ryder’s acquisition of Gator’s fleet of approximately 2,300 trucks and four locations will join two of the largest truck leasing and rental companies in Florida. The Gator acquisition will strengthen Ryder’s Florida network and add a talented work force with a reputation for customer service.
