McColl Partners Announces Nutritional Supplements Transaction

Deal Summary

McColl Partners, LLC ("McColl Partners") is serving as financial advisor to Bio-Engineered Supplements & Nutrition, Inc. (“BSN” or the “Company”) in its announced sale to Glanbia plc (“Glanbia”), a leading international producer and marketer of dairy-based and nutritional products, which include Optimum Nutrition. The acquisition of BSN will provide Glanbia with one of the most well-recognized and effective sports nutrition product lines in the supplement industry on a global level.
