Tom Spivey is a Vice President with McColl Partners. Mr. Spivey assists in leading McColl Partners' Dallas office. Previously, he was a Vice President with Bear Stearns in Dallas, where he executed merger and acquisition transactions as well as debt and equity capital raises for public and private companies. Mr. Spivey began his career as a certified public accountant for PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Dallas audit practice.
Mr. Spivey received a bachelor of business administration and master of science degree in accounting from Texas A&M University, where he graduated summa cum laude. Mr. Spivey also received a master of business administration from Harvard Business School.
