Deal Summary McColl Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to the Management of The Mitchell Gold Company in its acquisition of the company from The Rowe Companies. The Mitchell Gold Company was founded in 1989 by Mitchell Gold and Bob Williams and then sold to Rowe in 1998. Through the most recent transaction, Gold and Williams along with Wafra Partners acquired control of The Mitchell Gold Company.
