Vice President

Doug Bolt is a Vice President with McColl Partners.  Previously, he worked at Edgeview Partners in Charlotte, where he executed mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions for middle-market companies.  He also worked at Bank of America in the Global Corporate and Investment Bank division, where he focused on investment grade and leveraged financings.  Mr. Bolt has executed transactions across a number of industries, including aerospace, consumer products, general industrial, healthcare, retail, and transportation.

Education

Mr. Bolt received a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Wake Forest University, where he was a member of the varsity football team.  He also received a master of business administration degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
