Principal

Tom Spivey is a Principal and Partner with McColl Partners.  Mr. Spivey resides in Dallas and focuses on the execution and origination of transactions in the Southwest and Western regions of the United States.  Previously, he worked at Bear Stearns in Dallas, where he executed merger and acquisition transactions as well as debt and equity capital raises for public and private companies.  Mr. Spivey also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers' Dallas audit practice.

Education

Mr. Spivey received a bachelor of business administration and master of science degree in accounting from Texas A&M University, where he graduated summa cum laude, and received a master of business administration from Harvard Business School.  Mr. Spivey is also a Certified Public Accountant.
