Managing Director

Ron Rivera is a Managing Director with McColl Partners.  Mr. Rivera serves as the head of the firm’s Technology Group. His transaction experience includes buyside, sellside and capital raising assignments within various sectors of the technology industry, including areas such as software & services, Internet & digital media, electronics, communications and energy technology. Over Mr. Rivera’s career, he has completed over $10 billion in advisory assignments – over $6 billion for technology companies. Previously, he was with Green Manning & Bunch, Ltd. where he led its Technology Investment Banking Group. Mr. Rivera also worked at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Wachovia Securities and SG Cowen Securities.

Education 

Mr. Rivera received a bachelor of arts degree with a major in economics from Colorado State University.
