Managing Director

Lou Paone is a Managing Director at McColl Partners.  Mr. Paone serves as head of the firm's ESOP Corporate Finance Group.  His transaction experience includes structuring change-of-control management buyouts, employee-based leveraged buyouts, and sellside mergers and acquisitions.  Mr. Paone has worked in numerous sectors including business services, consumer products, healthcare, and industrials and building products.  Previously, Mr. Paone was a Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey where he oversaw the firm’s national ESOP market initiatives and the conceptual development of ESOP corporate finance.  He was also the director of the Washington, D.C. office of Willamette Management Associates and a financial advisor with the U.S. Treasury.

Education

Mr. Paone is a graduate of the Kogod School of Business at American University, and he received his master of business administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.  In addition, Mr. Paone holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst.
