Managing Director

Lorin DeMordaunt is a Managing Director and co-founding Partner of McColl Partners.  Mr. DeMordaunt serves as the head of the firm's Consumer Group.  His transaction experience includes buyside and sellside assignments for a variety of consumer products and food and beverage related companies, among others.  Previously, he was at Bowles Hollowell Conner/First Union Securities.  Mr. DeMordaunt also served as an attorney with Cravath, Swaine & Moore, a New York-based law firm, where he practiced in the corporate department.

Education 

Mr. DeMordaunt received a bachelor of arts degree with a major in English from Brigham Young University where he graduated magna cum laude.  He also holds a juris doctorate degree from New York University.
