Managing Director

Eric Andreozzi is a Managing Director and co-founding Partner of McColl Partners.  Mr. Andreozzi serves as the head of the firm's Business Services Group.  His transaction experience includes buyside and sellside assignments within various sectors of the business services and information services industries, including education and training, consulting services, database services, research organizations, commercial and industrial services, government contracting, printing and publishing, and technology companies, among others.  Previously, he was at Bowles Hollowell Conner/First Union Securities.  Mr. Andreozzi also worked at NationsBanc Montgomery Securities, where he served in both its corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions groups.

Education 

Mr. Andreozzi received a bachelor of science degree with a major in finance from The University of Rhode Island and a master of business administration degree from The Kenan-Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
