Managing Director

Eric Andreozzi is a Managing Director and co-founding Partner of McColl Partners.  Mr. Andreozzi serves as the head of the firm's Infrastructure & Industrials Group.  His transaction experience includes buyside and sellside assignments within numerous sectors of the infrastructure, industrials, and business services industries, including building products, commercial services, consulting services, database services, education and training, printing and publishing, and technology companies, among others.  Previously, he was at Bowles Hollowell Conner/First Union Securities.  Mr. Andreozzi also worked at NationsBanc Montgomery Securities, where he served in both its corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions groups.

Education 

Mr. Andreozzi received a bachelor of science degree with a major in finance from The University of Rhode Island and a master of business administration degree from The Kenan-Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
