Managing Director

Brad Winer is a Managing Director and Partner of McColl Partners. Mr. Winer serves as co-head of the firm's Infrastructure & Industrials Group.  His transaction experience includes buyside and sellside assignments for a variety of industrial and building products related companies, including industrial and specialty distribution, building products, building materials, forest products, metals, and diversified manufacturing, among others.  Previously, Mr. Winer was with Bowles Hollowell Conner/First Union Securities.  Mr. Winer also worked in the investment banking division of Credit Suisse First Boston in New York, and served as president of Fabric, Inc., a manufacturer of private label housewares. Mr. Winer also worked for Cable & Wireless, Inc. and Arthur Andersen & Co.

Education 

Mr. Winer received a bachelor of science degree with a dual major in accounting and finance from Georgetown University.  Mr. Winer received a master of business administration degree from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.  He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
