McColl Partners, LLC acted as financial advisor to the special committee of independent directors (the "Special Committee") of USANA Health Sciences, Inc. ("USANA").  The Special Committee was formed to evaluate the tender offer presented by majority shareholder Dr. Wentz (Chairman and CEO) - along with certain other shareholders (collectively the "Offer Participants") - in an effort to take the company private. 

Drawing from our industry experience, knowledge of prevailing capital markets trends, and understanding of various capital providers, McColl Partners rendered an opinion to the Special Committee regarding the tender offer, deeming that, from a financial point of view, the consideration to be paid by the Offer Participants was inadequate.  The tender offer was later terminated by the Offer Participants.
