McColl Partners, LLC acted as financial advisor to American Community Bancshares, Inc. ("American Community" or the "Company") in its merger with Yadkin Valley Financial Corporation ("Yadkin Valley"). The cash and stock deal became effective April 17, 2009 and had a value of approximately $45.2 million. The combined company will have total assets of over $2.0 billion.
