Lorin DeMordaunt is a Managing Director and co-founding Partner of McColl Partners. Mr. DeMordaunt serves as the head of the firm's Consumer and Retail Group. Previously, he was at Bowles Hollowell Conner/First Union Securities. At Bowles Hollowell, Mr. DeMordaunt worked extensively with consumer products, food and beverage, and diversified manufacturing companies. Mr. DeMordaunt also co-found the mergers and acquisitions technology practice, focusing on advisory services and private capital raises for early- to mid-stage technology companies. Prior to joining Bowles Hollowell, Mr. DeMordaunt served as an attorney with Cravath, Swaine & Moore, a New York-based law firm, where he practiced in the corporate department.

Mr. DeMordaunt graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of arts degree in English from Brigham Young University and a juris doctorate degree from New York University.
