McColl Partners served as financial advisor to infoUSA Inc. (NASDAQ:IUSA) in its acquisition of OneSource Information Services, Inc. (NASDAQ:ONES) for approximately $106 million in cash. OneSource is a recognized leader in business information solutions that delivers unparalleled company, executive, and industry intelligence to the financial services, technology, business services, and professional services industries. McColl Partners also rendered a fairness opinion in connection with the transaction.  Eric Andreozzi led McColl Partners’ execution of this transaction and was supported by
