Deal Summary Cameron M. Harris & Company, a Charlotte-based insurance agency and the leading independent broker in the Carolinas, was acquired by Wachovia Corporation. Managing Director Eric Andreozzi led McColl Partners' execution of this transaction and was supported by Phil Colaco, John Fennebresque, and Ashton Cullum. Wachovia Insurance Services expected the acquisition to boost its 2002 year-end revenue to $150 million, ranking it among the top 15 insurance brokers in the United States.
