McColl Partners served as financial advisor to Enhancement Services Corporation (ESC), a vendor to the debit and credit card industry, on its sale to Total System Services, Inc.® (TSYS®), an independent, global transaction processing company. Dave Vorhoff and Phil Colaco led McColl Partners’ execution of this transaction and were supported by Jamie Lewin, John Fennebresque, and Derek Brown.

ESC’s strength as a provider of cost-effective and flexible reward programs adds significant value to TSYS’ portfolio of products and equips the combined company to better serve an industry that recognizes the power of loyalty rewards in leveraging credit card programs. Research indicates that cardholders who benefit from a loyalty program spend four-to-five times more than cardholders without a loyalty reward program. The acquisition of ESC will enhance TSYS’ positioning among the growing number of financial institutions who recognize the benefits of comprehensive, single-vendor credit card management.
