Dave Vorhoff is a Managing Director and co-founding Partner of McColl Partners. Mr. Vorhoff serves as the head of the firm's Healthcare Group. Previously, he was a Managing Director of Banc of America Securities in New York, one of the leading healthcare investment banks in the country. He was also a Managing Director of NationsBanc Montgomery Securities in New York, and Managing Director of NationsBank Capital Markets’ mergers and acquisitions group in Charlotte, North Carolina. During his 20 years of investment banking experience, Mr. Vorhoff has executed over 200 advisory and financing assignments in such industries as retail, business services, apparel and textiles, printing and packaging, building products, financial services, and diversified manufacturing.

Mr. Vorhoff serves on the Board of Directors of Sonic Automotive and previously on the Board of Directors of Star Scientific and several private companies. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he also received a master of business administration degree from The Kenan-Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
