McColl Partners advised a shareholder group led by current CEO Pell Tanner to acquire control of Tanner Companies. Lorin DeMordaunt, partner, led McColl Partners’ execution of this transaction and was supported by Brad Winer and Derek Brown. McColl Partners brokered the return of management control of the family-owned business to the Tanner family by raising the debt capital used to purchase all the equity interest not owned by the Tanner family.
