Deal Summary
McColl Partners advised Interpath Communications, Inc., a portfolio company of Bain Capital, on the sale of its digital subscriber line business to ClearPath Networks and its frame relay business to US LEC. Managing Director David Vorhoff led McColl Partners’ execution of this transaction and was supported by Lorin DeMordaunt and Brad Winer. These two divestitures maximized the value of Interpath’s assets while still meeting the acquirors’ needs and valuation thresholds.
