Deal Summary
McColl Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to Carolina Wholesale Group in its recent
$50 million senior debt raise. Wachovia Capital Finance provided the Company’s asset-based lending facility, and Wachovia Commercial Banking Group provided the senior term loan. John Deering and Scott Werry led McColl Partners’ execution of this transaction.
