Associate Program
McColl Partners hires Associates from advanced degree programs as well as professionals with several years of industry experience. Given the Firm's size and significant deal flow, Associates must assume an integral role in both execution and client coverage. Associates are key participants in the development of preliminary presentation materials and descriptive memoranda in addition to participating in the structuring and negotiation of a wide variety of transactional assignments.

Analyst Program
McColl Partners' Analyst position is structured as a two-year program with the possibility of promotion to Associate for outstanding performers. Analysts typically join our program after completion of an undergraduate degree; however, we will consider applicants with relevant experience. Due to the Firm's size and significant deal flow, Analysts are expected to develop rapidly through hard work, maturity, and self-confidence.
Analysts are active participants during every phase of the transaction process, working closely with senior bankers and interacting with clients. Analysts at McColl Partners are involved in all aspects of analysis and presentations associated with a wide variety of transactional assignments. The experience provides an invaluable grounding for graduate school and an unparalleled introduction to the business world.
