Deal Summary
From September to December 2005, McColl Partners, LLC assisted Canatxx in the raising of a second tranche of capital of £34 million (over $60 million) of equity and notes at a significant premium to the valuation of an initial tranche raised in 2003.
Eric Andreozzi and Phil Colaco led McColl Partners' execution of this transaction.

The capital raising is part of the company's plan to develop and operate an integrated energy asset that combines LNG regasification with salt cavern gas storage that will have the U.K.’s largest gas-delivery capacity.
