Brian Davis is a Director and Partner of McColl Partners, managing the firm’s business development and deal sourcing efforts.  Mr. Davis also serves as the co-head of the firm’s Private Equity Coverage Group.  Previously, he was a Managing Director and member of the Board of Directors with DeWolff, Boberg & Associates (“DeWolff”), a Dallas-based management consultancy serving commercial and private equity clients.  During his tenure at DeWolff, Mr. Davis managed all business development professionals and created the firm’s private equity practice, providing due-diligence and portfolio-company optimization services for multi-billion dollar funds, such as The Carlyle Group and The Blackstone Group, as well as numerous middle-market firms.  Prior to DeWolff, Mr. Davis was a Director with Dun & Bradstreet, in both the Financial Services and Supply Chain Solutions Practices.

Mr. Davis received a bachelor of arts degree with a major in history from Furman University.
